Some of Winrail's 3D capability can be seen in ISO mode.

I plan to replace all of the flat structures with 3D structures and, perhaps, build a few 3D structures to my own specifications, which, apparently, can be done in Winrail, although I have never done it.  I can fill in the terrain too.  Ultimately, I could have a reasonably good cartoon of a model railroad.
